Cancertame Private Limited only acknowledges refunds for orders which have been placed using online payment methods (and not in the case of Cash On Delivery - COD orders), under the following terms:
- Failure of payment, due to failure to establish a connection to the server. In such a case an automated refund will be initiated to your original payment method and you will be notified of the same by your bank. In case of any dispute provide proof of payment along with your bank statement for quicker resolution of the disputed payment.
- A full refund will be offered within 3 months of purchase only if the bottle is sealed and no tampering has been done. For initiating a refund, kindly contact us at support@cancertame.com. Cancertame Private Limited holds the right to deny any case of refund if the medicine is found to be tampered with or due to any other reason which shall be notified to you.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible to be refunded and no return will be accepted on these orders. If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is placed and rejected at the time of delivery due to any reason, then the person responsible for placing the order will be held accountable and legal action may be taken as per the decision of Cancertame Private Limited under Delhi jurisdiction.
- Our refund policy is only applicable for orders placed through our website (www.cancertame.com). We urge our customers to go through the refund policy of any other platform through which you order Cancertame Ayurvedic Formulation, such as Amazon India, as orders placed through other platforms will not be eligible for refund directly through Cancertame Private Limited. We request you to contact the respective online platform through which you placed your order for any refund related request.
