There is no adverse effect if a few doses of Cancertame are skipped however, continuous usage of Cancertame is recommended for best results. The effect of Cancertame will restart upon resuming the dosage.
The best way to take Cancertame is to swallow the capsules with water or any other liquid including milk or juice.
You can open the capsule shell to take out the ingredients and give it to the patient after dissolving it in water, juice or milk. If patient is having severe nausea or vomiting, the contents of the capsules can be dissolved in honey and directly fed to the patient allowing the medicine to be absorbed through mouth.
It is advised to stop taking Cancertame atleast 72 hours before surgery and to not take Cancertame for atleast 48 hours after the surgery.
